How to use MLS to get Traffic
MLS has rules. Rules that govern what you you can and cannot put on your listings.
NO identifying information is allowed anywhere in the fields that go public.
However…
If you have a webpage or several web pages that come up on the first page of Google for a certain search term like “Huntington Beach Homes”, you can tell people who are viewing the home online to “Google Huntington Beach Homes” for more info.
Where do you put that phrase?
Put it in the remarks and on every picture caption!
